About Hubouting
Hubouting, Lda. (“Hubouting”) is a company registered with the relevant Commercial Registry. Its primary corporate purpose is the provision of occasional passenger transport services in light vehicles, transfers, and activities related to tour operators and tourism entertainment, as well as acting as a technology operator of an electronic platform for tourism. Additionally, Hubouting engages in other postal and courier services, including express delivery and messenger services.
Committed to protecting the personal data entrusted to it, Hubouting ensures that all personal information is processed and safeguarded with the utmost care and confidentiality, always in compliance with the applicable law: EU Regulation 2016/679 – General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
This Privacy Policy explains who we are, the purposes for which we may process your personal data, how we handle that data, to whom it may be disclosed — e.g., clients and/or service providers — where it may be transferred, or how it may be accessed, and what your rights are.
Hubouting is the entity responsible for storing and using personal data and will process your personal data (also referred to in this policy as “information”) in accordance with the purposes described below.

- The data is necessary for the proper and faithful execution of the obligations undertaken with Hubouting.
- The data is required to comply with a legal obligation to which Hubouting is subject, such as the disclosure of information to the Tax Authority and Social Security, as well as other authorities.
- The data is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by Hubouting, provided that such interests do not override your own interests, rights, freedoms, and guarantees.
For the sending of newsletters and updates related to transport and tourism activities in Portugal.
Your personal data will not be used for any purposes other than those described in this policy unless you are informed in advance or, where applicable, your consent is obtained.
Your data will be processed by Hubouting using appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a high level of security, in accordance with the GDPR.
Your personal data will be retained for the minimum and proportionate period necessary to achieve the purposes described above.
In the case of clients, your data will be kept to comply with legal obligations and to protect Hubouting's legitimate interests.
With regard to recruitment processes, and in accordance with labor legislation, your data will be retained for a period of two (2) years.

Your data may be disclosed to members of the Hubouting Team, with full respect for confidentiality obligations.
- To Hubouting Clients:
In the context of the services provided, your data may be shared with clients involved or interested in the purchase of Hubouting products and services.

Hubouting works with various third-party entities to carry out its services, and these providers may have access to your data.
In accordance with this Privacy Policy, the use of your information may involve its transfer to other countries.

In any case, you will be informed of the actions taken within one month from the moment the request is made.
You also have the right to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority: www.cnpd.pt.
If consent is legally required for the processing of personal data, the data subject has the right to withdraw consent at any time.
However, this right does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out based on the consent previously given, nor does it affect the subsequent processing of the same data under another legal basis, such as the performance of a contract or compliance with a legal obligation to which Hubouting is subject.
